More than anything else this evoked for me Ambrose Bierce's "The Damned Thing". The whole 'external soundtrack for ZZT game' bit had a couple bad attempts, but here it works - the game is only a bit longer than the track, if you don't dally, and by the time the music ends the silence that follows appropriately sets the stage for the finale. Superb. A++ would Timothy Billings again.

Short neat story game. I don't even know that it read like horror for me, but that's OK. It was certainly at least light-eldritch vibes.

Integrates the ZZT medium in several neat little ways.

Good choice of CC music track. It fits the world well.

Play this thing.
