2024:The Enemies [sic] is an early attempt at a shoot-'em-up engine game using a multiple-object ship, the first in a series of three. The author, evidently a new user, must have been figuring things out as he went along, as you start on the title screen with (among other things) a +22,134 health heart that turns out to be useless because your ship uses an on-screen shield meter instead of your health counter.

In the actual game, you must use your ship to shoot down four blue ships. All four blue ships just sit in one place and shoot a quick burst of bullets in your direction, slower than the unbroken stream of bullets you can fire from your ship. This may be because like many multiple-object vehicle engines, your ship will break apart if you move east too quickly. It's an admirable effort from someone clearly starting out, with a charming text file to match, but there's not much here to recommend. Skip this one.

I thought the game could have been better as well, With loads more levels and secrets. It doesn't bother me that it starts with a yellow border because the colours dont make the game.. The plot does. Nice idea for a game though.
